These Terms reflect our commitment to integrity, creativity, and transparency as a boutique brand offering handcrafted, custom, and curated goods.

1. Boutique Philosophy & Order Terms

Shop Boho Sunday™ is a woman-owned small business rooted in craftsmanship and artistic expression. We specialize in curated brooches and artisanal gifts.

Due to the nature of handmade and small-batch production, many items are available in limited quantities and may not be restocked or recreated once sold out.

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in product or pricing information, or inventory shortages.

  • Order Confirmation: Receiving an order confirmation email does not guarantee fulfillment if issues arise beyond our control.

  • Price & Availability: Prices, availability, and estimated delivery timelines may change without notice.

2. Custom Work & Design Variations

  • Customizations: All custom or personalized orders must be pre-approved and paid in full before production begins.

  • Final Sale: All custom orders are non-refundable and final sale once approved.

  • Design Variations: Handmade items may feature slight variations in color, size, and finish. These unique characteristics are not considered defects.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all custom details before production; changes cannot be made after approval.

3. Shipping, Processing & Limitations

  • Processing Time: 2–3 business days before shipment.

  • Shipping Areas: We currently ship to the U.S. and select international locations.

  • Estimated Delivery: U.S. orders typically arrive in 4–7 business days once shipped. International orders may take 7–21 business days depending on location.

  • Carrier Delays: We are not responsible for delays due to postal carriers, weather, customs, or service disruptions.

  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk transfer to the buyer once the carrier accepts the shipment.

4. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

  • You contact us within 14 days of confirmed delivery, providing your order number and photos if requested.

If approved, items must be returned within 7 days of authorization in unused, original condition. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method after inspection.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Digital or physical gift cards.

No exchanges are currently offered.

5. Communication & Code of Conduct

Shop Boho Sunday™ maintains a safe and respectful environment for all customers and team members.

  • We do not tolerate hate speech, threats, harassment, or abusive language.

  • We reserve the right to remove or block individuals from our platforms for violations of these terms.

6. Intellectual Property & Collection Protection

All content on this website—including product designs, photography, descriptions, branding, and creative materials—remains the exclusive intellectual property of Shop Boho Sunday™.
